本网站尚未部署。网站可供访问之后，使用 xneed.net 即表示你接受本条款。本条款约束这个网站，以及页面上说明的、尚未完成 API 调用验证的内部关键词研究。它不是一份已经开放的交易市场用户协议，也不把计划中的研究写成已经交付的功能。
1. 运营者与品牌
运营者是域名 xneed.net 的登记人。公开 WHOIS 显示登记人位于中国江苏省。网站上的应用名称是 X-NEED。
X-NEED 指以需求为起点的服务交易平台：需求方提出真实需求，解决方提出方案，平台负责匹配并控制形成交易前的关键门禁。同一账户可以在不同需求上承担不同角色。X-NEED 不是传统商品目录商城。该交易产品仍在建设中，本网站不提供这项服务。
2. 本网站允许做什么
你可以阅读本网站页面，并链接到这些页面。你不得干扰网站的提供，不得试图未经授权进入运营者的计算机、仓库或 Google Ads 账户，也不得把本网站说成 Google 或 Google Ads 的官方网站。
本网站不收费，因为这里没有可购买的服务。页面上的产品说明不是要约，也不能在这里成立需求、方案、付款或结算。
3. 内部关键词研究
关键词研究只准备供运营者研究 X-NEED 自己的产品与市场用语。计划中的做法是通过运营者自己的 Google Ads 账户，调用 KeywordPlanIdeaService.GenerateKeywordHistoricalMetrics，读取平均每月搜索量、月度历史搜索量、竞争度、竞争指数、页首出价区间和平均 CPC，并可以按国家或地区查询。截至 2026-10-17，没有该调用已经成功的记录，也没有由该调用生成并在本网站交付的数据。
2026-10-16 的一次测试通过第三方 Apify Actor 运行，返回记录标记为 keyword_database。该测试不是已经向公众开放的功能，其数字也不是本条款交付的官方 API 结果。
这项内部研究不是向公众提供的广告管理服务。其他人不能通过本网站把自己的 Google Ads 账户交给 X-NEED 代管。它的设计边界是不用于创建或更改广告系列、广告组、广告、预算或付款设置。
若将来使用 Google Ads API，还要遵守 Google 公布的 Google Ads API 条款与政策。Google 用户数据的处理以 隐私政策 为准。本条款不授予任何人使用运营者 Google Ads 账户的权利。
4. 知识产权
本网站文字的著作权属于运营者，但引用 Google 产品名称和 API 方法名称的部分除外。Google、Google Ads 和 Keyword Planner 是 Google 的商标。X-NEED 不主张对这些商标的权利。
若将来从 Google Ads API 取得关键词指标，该等指标仍受 Google 条款约束。2026-10-16 标记为 keyword_database 的本地测试记录，不是本网站授予访问者的数据库。本网站不授予访问者使用这些记录的权利。
5. 禁止行为
你不得利用本网站或关于内部研究的说明，去尝试获取运营者的 OAuth 令牌、Google Ads 客户编号或未公开的关键词结果；不得伪造 X-NEED 的授权页面；不得把本网站用于违法目的。
6. 不提供保证
网站页面按现状提供。本网站不公布关键词搜索量。运营者不保证网站不中断。将来若通过官方 API 取得 Keyword Planner 数字，搜索量由 Google 返回，X-NEED 不另行编造搜索量。已有的 keyword_database 测试记录不能当作已经验证的官方 API 结果，也不保证适合你的商业决定。
7. 责任
在法律允许的范围内，运营者不对因使用或无法使用本网站而产生的间接损失负责。本网站不处理付款，因此不就未在这里发生的交易承担结算责任。
8. 变更与适用法律
运营者可以更新本页并改动生效日期。网站可供访问之后，更新后继续使用网站，即表示接受更新后的条款。
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。本条款不约定一个并未核验的具体法院或公司注册地址。
9. 联系
xneed.net 目前没有已开通的公开邮箱。与 Google 账号授权有关的撤销，使用 Google 账号权限页面。隐私做法见 隐私政策。
Terms of service in English
This website is not deployed yet. Once the website is available, using xneed.net means you accept these terms. They cover this website and the internal keyword research described on these pages, whose API call has not been verified. They are not a customer agreement for a live marketplace, and they do not describe the planned research as a feature that has already been delivered.
1. Operator and brand
The operator is the registrant of xneed.net. Public WHOIS places the registrant in Jiangsu, China. The application name on this website is X-NEED.
X-NEED is a service transaction platform that starts from a need. A requester states a real need, a solver proposes how to fulfill it, and the platform matches the parties and controls the gates before a transaction is formed. The same account can hold different roles on different needs. X-NEED is not a conventional catalogue store. That transaction product is still being built, and this website does not offer it.
2. What this website allows
You may read these pages and link to them. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access to the operator's computers, repositories, or Google Ads account, or present this website as an official Google or Google Ads site.
This website charges no fee, because it sells nothing. Descriptions on the pages are not an offer, and no need, solution, payment, or settlement can be formed here.
3. Internal keyword research
The keyword research is being prepared only for the operator's research into X-NEED's own product and market language. The planned method uses the operator's own Google Ads account to call KeywordPlanIdeaService.GenerateKeywordHistoricalMetrics and read average monthly searches, monthly search history, competition, competition index, the top-of-page bid range, and average CPC, including by country or region. As of 17 October 2026 there is no record that this call has succeeded, and no data produced by that call is delivered on this website.
A test on 16 October 2026 ran through a third-party Apify Actor, and the returned records were labeled keyword_database. That test is not a feature open to the public, and its figures are not an official API result delivered by these terms.
This internal research is not a public advertising-management service. Other people cannot hand their Google Ads accounts to X-NEED through this website. Its design boundary is that it is not used to create or change campaigns, ad groups, ads, budgets, or billing settings.
If the Google Ads API is used later, that use also follows the Google Ads API terms and policies published by Google. Google user data is handled under the privacy policy. These terms do not give anyone the right to use the operator's Google Ads account.
4. Intellectual property
Copyright in the text of this website belongs to the operator, except for names of Google products and API methods. Google, Google Ads, and Keyword Planner are trademarks of Google. X-NEED claims no rights in those trademarks.
If keyword metrics are later received from the Google Ads API, they remain subject to Google's terms. The local test records labeled keyword_database on 16 October 2026 are not a database this website grants to visitors. This website grants visitors no right to use those records.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use this website, or the description of the internal research, to seek the operator's OAuth tokens, Google Ads customer IDs, or unpublished keyword results. You may not forge an X-NEED authorization page. You may not use this website for an unlawful purpose.
6. No warranty
The pages are provided as they are. This website does not publish keyword search volumes. The operator does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted. If Keyword Planner figures are later received through the official API, those search volumes come from Google, and X-NEED does not invent search volumes to fill a gap. Existing keyword_database test records are not a verified official API result, and they are not warranted to fit your business decision.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect loss from use of, or inability to use, this website. This website does not take payment and is not responsible for settling a transaction that is not formed here.
8. Changes and governing law
The operator may update this page and its effective date. Once the website is available, continuing to use it after an update means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. They do not name a court or a company registered address that has not been verified.
